Terms and Conditions
You will be charged for your order at the time of purchase. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. See, Order Cancellations. If your order is cancelled in whole or part, the full amount of the cancelled order will be credited back to the method of payment you used to place your original order. If you need any assistance with billing questions, please contact Customer Service during business hours by email or telephone. They will be happy to assist you.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify Customer Service immediately. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact Customer Service during business hours by email or telephone. We will be happy to assist you.
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $1,000 (not including shipping fees and sales tax) per customer. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact Customer Service during business hours by email or telephone.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 PM EST (except major holidays). Overnight Service and 2nd Day shipping orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.
Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please Note: Some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
Michael Todd Cosmetics accepts the following methods of payment: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.
For order outside the U.S. please pay by PayPal only.
We're sorry, we do not accept the following methods of payment:
CODs, personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing address outside the United States, gift certificates or layaway.
Please note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
Products available on our website, and any samples we provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these Terms and Conditions.
You may choose to provide us with personal information when you visit our website. For example, if you decide to make a purchase, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact information (name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number), age group, gender and product and/or cosmetic concerns, and the brands and products you use. If you decide to place an order, we will also need to know your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date.
If you would prefer that we not collect any personal information from you, please do not provide us with any such information.
Your purchases of Michael Todd Cosmetics products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Michael Todd Cosmetics purchase, simply return the unused portion within thirty days of receipt of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or, if you prefer, exchange or credit towards another Michael Todd Cosmetics online purchase. Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange. A pre-printed label is provided for your convenience.
We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.
We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.

We are not required to collect state sales tax on orders shipped outside the State of Florida. As a courtesy to Florida residents, Michael Todd Cosmetics will treat the purchase price of products purchased by Florida residents as including the Florida Sales Tax due, so practically speaking, the purchase price for purchases by Florida residents will not be increased by the amount of Florida Sales Tax. Michael Todd Cosmetics orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please be sure to provide us with a complete shipping address. We are not responsible for incomplete shipping addresses and items returned for this reason will not be eligible for a refund. Below are the shipping options available for your order. Standard Service
Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-8 business days from the order's ship date. As a courtesy to our customers, free shipping will be provided on all orders shipped by Standard Service.
2nd Day Service
Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight Service
Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories
Michael Todd Cosmetics accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions may apply.
Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact Customer Service during business hours by email or telephone.
International Orders
We ship outside the U.S. free of charge on orders of $25.00 or more. All international orders must be paid via PayPal, which accepts all forms of payment. All international orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery time varies depending on location. Once the order is shipped, you will receive email confirmation containing the tracking number for the package. Orders less than $50.00 will be charged $13.45 for shipping and must be placed via email to customerservice@michaeltoddcosmetics.com. Please specify product name, color (if applicable), quantity and shipping name and address. A payment request will then be sent via PayPal for processing. Once payment is processed, the order will ship within 1-3 business days.
Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. All priority shipping methods require a signature upon delivery.
