If you are under thirteen years of age, you may browse our Site. However, you may not provide personal information to us. There is no fee from Michael Todd Cosmetics to receive Text Messages, however, your mobile service provider may charge for you for sending and/or receiving text messages and air-time, as well as any other standard applicable rates charged by your mobile service provider. If you do elect to receive them and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these Text Messages, see the "Your Options" section.
