The MICHAEL TODD website offers a unique, entertaining and interactive Internet super store. It is like shopping an upscale department store without having to leave home. Interactive photo galleries give the ability to see just how a particular look is achieved, And, with the Live Chat feature, the our skin care and cosmetic experts are available to answer questions and give advice online whenever needed.
We make all of our products right here in the USA. Our skin care collections are made in FDA Registered and USDA Organic Certified facilities with the highest standards of quality control in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Organic and natural. When it comes to skin care, what you put on your skin matters. Ideally, you want to use products from nature that nourish your skin the same way you nourish your body. MICHAEL TODD true naturals and true organics skincare uses organic plant and fruit extracts, along with skin nourishing vitamins and antioxidants to protect and care for your skin. Plants and fruits grown with chemical pesticides and fertilizers, do not get to be called “organic.” And unlike many who say they are organic or natural, MICHAEL TODD states on each skin care product whether it is vegan and the percentage of organically grown plants and fruits used.
You will recognize many of the ingredients we use in our skin care products… fruits and vegetables like, apricot, avocado, carrot, coconut, cranberry, lemon, orange, pumpkin and tropical fruits. We use only natural and refreshing plant oils such as olive, coconut, jojoba, neem, seabuckthorn seed and tea tree. Instead of mineral oil or other chemicals we use butters made from cupuacu, shea and mango, to name a few. Our skin care products also contain mineral and anti-oxidant rich algae and kelp from the sea, green, black and rooibos teas, aloe vera, acai berry and vitamins. We call our product mixes recipes, not formulas, in recognition of the fact we have worked so hard to make our skincare as natural and organic as possible.
Effective. Just as important as what you put on your skin is the amount or concentration needed to be effective. Too little or too much of an ingredient is not desirable. At MICHAEL TODD, a great deal of time and effort and trial and error has gone into determining the right effective concentration of each ingredient.
No harmful chemicals allowed. Just as important as what we put in our skin care products… is what we don’t put in. MICHAEL TODD skincare products are formulated without potentially harmful chemicals. We never use parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals such as mineral oil, phthalates, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) or triclosan to avoid health concerns.
Cosmetics. Experts in the field of makeup were consulted and extensive research went into developing the products that would comprise the range of MICHAEL TODD Cosmetics. The widest possible range of formulas and colors was used to make our cosmetics as personalized as possible.
